How to:You can gather a few kids and teach them slime making! Kindly do this activity under an adult’s supervision only. There are ready-made slime making kits available in the market which you can buy for this activity. If not, you can use ingredients available at your house to make a slime. One such simple slime making method is as follows:1. Add 7 tablespoons of skimmed milk (without milk fat) to a cup. Then add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the milk. Gently stir the mixture until you see solids being formed.2. Let the solids sink to the bottom of the mixture and then remove the extra liquid using a filter. Let the solids drain for a few minutes.3. Add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda to the solids and knead together to form a slimy mixture.The slime formed will be white in colour. Make a hole in the box big enough for a child’s hand to let through and pick and feel the objects. Blindfold your child and ask him to pick one thing at a time and try to identify it. Encourage your child to identify as many things as possible. Keep dropping hints to help them.You can also do this activity without using a box. Things you will need: How to: Mood Tracker:Create a mood tracker sheet for your child to help him/her keep track of their emotions. Create a grid date wise for every month or you can design the mood tracker for different times of the day (for example at school, in the morning, during dinner, at play time, etc) or weekly. Assign different colours to different emotions, for example, red for angry, blue for sad, yellow for happy, green for confused, etc. You can assign any colour you want. You can also take your child's input for this and see which colour they relate to that emotion. Now, instruct your child to colour the box "red" if they are feeling "angry" on a "Tuesday", colour the box "green" if they are feeling "confused at the school", and so on. You can customise the mood tracker day-wise, weekly, monthly, different times of the day, etc. Do this activity with your child on a regular basis to make them aware about their emotions. Alternatively, you can assign the colours to different emotions and when your child is feeling a certain way, give them a piece of paper and a crayon corresponding to their emotion and instruct them to colour the whole page with that crayon. This way they will lighter and will be more willing to share what's going on in their head once they have let it out on the paper.

Things you will need: 2 tubs (small broad tubs or containers in which things can be dunked), things to dunk (balls, small toys, soft toys, small boxes, erasers, books, etc) which are safe for children How to:<ol><li>Gather a group of around 8-10 children. Divide them into 2 groups. You can plan this game in the playground or in your backyard.</li><li>At the starting line, make the children stand and give them the things to be dunked in the tubs placed at the finishing line.</li><li>Instruct the children that they have to pick one thing at a time from their stock of things and go and place it in their tub at the finish line.</li><li>Make it clear that they have to place things in their tub only and not in other group’s tub.</li><li>Start the timer and ask the kids to compete against each other.</li><li>Stop the timer after a minute or so and count the things in each tub.
