First thing is to accept that behaviour changes take time. Meanwhile, what you can do is: Establish a mealtime routine. - Turn the mobile/TV off. - Make the child eat at the food table with the family. - Compliment your child when (s)he obeys. - Toddler's tummy is smaller than yours so they get full soon. Don't force-feed otherwise they will walk away from food. - Lead by example. Sit and eat at all times even if you are getting late for work. When the child sees this, (s)he will model the same.
